The hotel is conveniently located near the tram station, restaurants, and shopping. We had a great time at Flapjack's Pancake Cabin, which is just a short distance away. Our room was spacious and modern, with a comfortable king-sized bed and useful appliances.

The rooms were updated and close to the main strip. The location was quiet and the condo was very clean. The bed was comfortable and there was a cozy living room area with a HD TV. The balcony was a nice addition and the indoor heated pool was clean and warm. The proximity to downtown was perfect, with many excellent restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The all-day trolley pass for only $2 for two adults was a great deal. a scenic, quaint, and affordable stay.

Convenient location for visiting Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies. We planned to visit again, but ran out of time. Definitely coming back next time! 🐠

We got a room for 4 adults with a queen bed and a pull out couch. The pull out couch was awful. The cushion was extremly flat and needed to be replaced! Two of us slept comfortably :(
